Job Description

                         Office Administrator – Part-time
  
  • Catholic advocacy organisation. based in Western Sydney –
  • Permanent part-time role, 2 - 3 days – between Wednesday to Friday – approx. $50K + super full time equivalent

A great opportunity to join the Australian office of an international organisation that promotes traditional Catholic devotions, uphold family values, and defends good traditions, customs and morals in society.
  
  
The role itself:
  
  • Opening and sorting mail
  • Data entry (copying from mail and coupons)
  • Printing orders and receipts
  • Packaging orders and preparing them for pick-up
  • Sorting, tidying and organising stock in warehouse
  • Preparing bank lodgements
  • Ordering stationary and office supplies online
  • Taking goods to post office
  
  
The successful candidate:
  
  • Is proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, and has good computer literacy
  • Previous administrative experience is ideal 
  • Completes tasks thoroughly and has good problem-solving skills
  • Is punctual, has good time management, and is detail oriented
  • Has a can-do attitude and a pro-active mindset
