Membership Support roles responsibilities may include:
- Building relationships with customers through email and phone interaction
- Assisting with any enquiries regarding existing or new memberships
- Maintaining members profile information
- Maintenance of a CRM database
- Any other adhoc admin
- Be able to communicate with a broad demographic of customers
- Be able to work independently and find quick solutions to any problems that may arise
- Have professional and empathetic telephone manner
- Be flexible, approachable and professional
