Job Description
Main responsibilities include:
- Liaising with brokers to provide updates on various applications
- Produce documentation for all credit facilities from the point of approval until settlement
- Providing updates on and processing valuations
- Ensuring all documents are correct and accurately filed for loan submissions
- Updating and maintaining client database, ensuring all details are correct
- Creating new client files in to the CRM system
- Must have lending experience - ideally mortgage lending
- Must have Ultradata or PNR experience
- Be proactive and able to work as a part of a team
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be proficient all Microsoft packages especially Word and Excel
- Have a strong work ethic and a professional work attitude
