Job Description

Beaumont People are currently seeking passionate and enthusiastic inbound customer service representatives who are looking for opportunities in Sydney CBD and North Sydney.

Your responsibilities will include;
  • High volume inbound customer service calls
  • Proactively demonstrate professional customer service skills in a fast paced environment at all times
  • A drive and energy to succeed with a 'can do' attitude
  • Promote relevant products and service offerings to customers
  • Consistently meet individual KPI's
  • Answering customer and vendor enquiries
To be considered for this role you will have;
  • Data entry/ keyboard skills and accuracy
  • Claims experience is an advantage 
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Good interpersonal skills and negotiation skills
  • The ability to work within a team
  • Ability to learn new systems
