- Promote relevant products and service offerings to customers
- Consistently meet individual KPI's
- Answering customer and vendor enquiries
- Data entry/ keyboard skills and accuracy
- Claims experience is an advantage
- Strong customer service focus
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)
- Good interpersonal skills and negotiation skills
- The ability to work within a team
- Ability to learn new systems
