We are currently looking for someone to join our commercial division as a HR Recruitment Specialist. As the HR Specialist you will have the opportunity to build on an established client base alongside a supportive team and leadership. Collaboration is one of our values and absolutely integral to this role, you will be a team player and work in partnership with your team and the wider business. You will work as a 360 consultant, from job brief to job fill and everything in between. Everyday we use tools like JobAdder, Linkedin Recruiter, Seek Talent Search, to name a few. This is a relationship and sales role so you will have broad reaching opportunities to facilitate leaders’ lunches, work in collaboration with a number of our partners organising and running educational and networking events. You will be well supported by our marketing team, operations team, your manager the GM of Commercial, as well as the MD and CEO.
We are very open to considering a broad range of experiences and skill sets for this role. This could be those with a HR background but no agency recruitment, or a recruitment consultant that has worked across a broader more generalist role type including some HR and wants to specialise in HR recruitment. More importantly we are looking for someone that will add to our culture, a growth mindset, customer service centred attitude, corporate professional who puts others first, wants to make a difference (not just bill well) and feel connected to a great brand and great people.
