Job Description

HR ADMINISTRATOR
  • Working for a leading education provider
  • Based in the Inner West
  • Annual Salary between $60,000 to $67,000 + super
ABOUT THE ROLE

This role is responsible for providing high quality administration support to the Head of Human Resources and the HR Officer within a private education provider. The HR Administrator is responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the companies HR function and associated processes and systems.

Key responsibilities and duties;
  • Produce, update and cleanse HR documentation, reports and presentations
  • Collect and analyse HR data and metrics and produce summarised reports
  • Preparation of general HR communication, and assist with keeping accurate and up to date records
  • Perform scheduling and logistics of HR activities, organise induction program and ensure updated employee files with all necessary information
  • Maintain all compliance paperwork, including verification of new staff
  • Manage on boarding and off-boarding of employees
  • Undertake all other reasonable duties within your skills, qualifications and experience and comply with reasonable instructions as directed
ABOUT YOU

This role will suit an experienced administrator with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Skills and attributes;
  • Experienced in the Microsoft Suite, particularly with Excel
  • Proven administration and data entry skills, desirably within a HR function
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic and action orientated team
  • Demonstrated ability to create relationships with all stakeholders
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment, whilst managing personal workload and deadlines
  • Excellent communication skill both written and verbal with the ability to ear trust and credibility
  • Relevant experience working in a HR environment is desirable
