Role Summary
This role, sat within a disability charity, allows someone to come in and really utilise their administrative and organisational skills whilst making a difference. With the full support of your manager, team and external agency, you will lead and manage various projects really allowing you to grow and develop a broad skillset.
Location: Northmead (with parking)
Key Responsibilities
- Identify relevant grant opportunities and build relationships with funding bodies
- Manage and maintain the grants calendar, ensuring deadlines are met promptly
- Communicate with project team to ensure projects are on track for completion
- Lead the direct marketing program, conducting a minimum of two appeals per year in line with budget
- Provide operational support for marketing and fundraising activities
- Provide donor care through the phone, direct mail and digital channels, where necessary
- Effectively manage information on the database and ensure donor/grant information is kept up to date and accurate
- Eagerness to learn and develop
- Experience with a CRM system – preferably Raisers Edge or Salesforce
- High literacy ability or some sort of writing experience
- An understanding and passion for the NFP sector
- Impeccable attention to detail alongside strong administrative and organisational skills
- Experience working to deadlines
- Various stakeholder management skills
- Some marketing and communications skills/experience would be desirable
