Job Description

  • Events and Stays Coordinator needed with prior experience within hotels, accommodation and hospitality
  • Ongoing assignment, through to 6-months
  • Immediate start for the right candidate
Our Client is seeking a skilled Events and Stays Coordinator who is able to juggle multiple tasks at once whilst remaining the vision of professionalism and providing excellent customer service.   
General duties include
  • Create bookings and reservations for guests and large travelling groups
  • Meet and greet guests and show guests throughout the accommodation
  • Answer general queries, and take telephone enquiries
  • Prepare welcome packs
  • Cut keys (will be shown how)
  • Enter registrations
  • Check rooms (check list provided)
  • Update room status sheet
  • Source products
  • Direct guests
Successful candidates will have:
  • Must have experience within front of house reception within a hotel, with reservation and stays experience
  • Hospitality/Customer experience preferred
  • Good professional phone manner
  • Organised, good and time management/diary management
  • Well presented - will be dealing with guests
  • Experience dealing with large guest intakes, including small to medium travelling groups
  • Bright bubbly personality
