Job Description
- Events and Stays Coordinator needed with prior experience within hotels, accommodation and hospitality
- Ongoing assignment, through to 6-months
- Immediate start for the right candidate
General duties include
- Create bookings and reservations for guests and large travelling groups
- Meet and greet guests and show guests throughout the accommodation
- Answer general queries, and take telephone enquiries
- Prepare welcome packs
- Cut keys (will be shown how)
- Enter registrations
- Check rooms (check list provided)
- Update room status sheet
- Source products
- Direct guests
- Must have experience within front of house reception within a hotel, with reservation and stays experience
- Hospitality/Customer experience preferred
- Good professional phone manner
- Organised, good and time management/diary management
- Well presented - will be dealing with guests
- Experience dealing with large guest intakes, including small to medium travelling groups
- Bright bubbly personality
