Job Description

Member based organisation based in Melbourne's CBD are looking for an Event Coordination for a 4 month contract FT. 

Responsibilities include but aren't limited too:
  • Administrative support for national conference and interstate webinars, conferences, workshops
  • Liase with suppliers and venues for AV and Audio equipment
  • Manage multiple event RSVP's
  • Collate and update multiple data spreadsheets accurately and regularly using EXCEL
  • Provide administrative event logistics support
  • Fostering relationships with members, stakeholders and organisations

To be successful, you will ideally have:
  • Experience using Eventbrite is a huge BONUS
  • Previous events experience and able to pick things up quickly and hit the ground running
  • Experience of supporting an event from start to finish
  • Organisational skills 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • The ability to relate to people at all levels and backgrounds
  • Complete commitment to the entirety of the role
  • Excellent with computers and database management and online research tools
You will be a team player, have strong attention to detail, great communication skills, be computer literate and be well presented and professional!
