Beaumont People are seeking experienced donor support candidates and administrators to do short and long term assignments in Sydney CBD, Inner West, West, Hills District, North Shore and surrounding suburbs.
We are looking for well-presented and hard-working candidates with strong communication skills to work in a wide range of non-for-profit organisations.
We are seeking candidates experienced using Raiser's Edge and Salesforce CRM system.
Live roles;
- Donations Processing - immediate start - CBD - Part time, 6-8 weeks
- Donor Support Role - Raisers Edge exp required - immediate start, 2-3 months
- Supporter Services - immediate start - part-time, 2 months
- Digital Marketing Support - Ongoing assignment
- Working on charity specific databases
- Donation processing through CRM
- Communicating with donors over the phone
- Manage the regular giving supporter journey
- Assisting with budgets, forecasts, and general financial support
- Supporting marketing and events teams
- Managing the portfolio of Grants, Trust and Foundations and Tenders
- Responding to verbal and written requests and general queries
- Providing administrative support to the team
- Office support to wonderful teams throughout Sydney
- Previous experience working within the sector
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication skills
- Experience with Raisers Edge/Salesforce/CRM databases
- Professional presentation
- Ability to problem-solve and multi-task
