This role leads the sales and marketing function across Australia as the primary driver of growth; inspiring and managing the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development and build a strong future client pipeline
- Delivery of revenue targets from new and existing clients
- Improvement of sales and customer service management
- Achievement of engagement, recruitment and retention of scores across the team
- Design and implementation of the marketing and communications strategy
- Experience in sales or business development to or within an educational organisation desirable
- Demonstrated understanding in either fundraising or corporate partnerships desirable
- Outstanding communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead a team and liaise with a wide range of stakeholders
- Excellent track record of securing deals and building client relationships
