Key Responsibilities
- Strategic responsibility to develop the direct marketing and digital program
- Create and oversee powerful, creative data-led strategic fundraising campaigns
- Lead the development of supporter experience and implementation of new digital and social channels
- Strategic lead on data-led acquisition program, regular giving and warm appeals program
- Manage multiple agency relationships
- Work collaboratively across Fundraising teams to ensure that messaging and donor journeys are in line with team objectives
- Optimise campaign performance, drive supporter response and engagement and maximise returns on expenditure by using data insights and segmentation
- Manage the team
- Demonstrated experience in a broad direct marketing role including a background in acquisition, digital and warm appeals
- Experience in digital acquisition across multiple channels
- Exceptional relationship management and proven ability to manage agencies
- High level understanding of data-led supporter focused approach
- Results oriented, with strong ability to analyse data
