Direct Marketing Manager – Part Time or Full Time

The Direct Marketing Manager is a hands-on role, responsible for developing and implementing the DM strategy to strengthen, grow and expand the Direct Marketing program for an incredible Family Foundation who help young people in crisis. As a standalone Direct Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the renewal, retention and acquisition strategies for one-off and regular givers for the Foundation ensuring their long-term financial sustainability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and redesign the Direct Marketing strategy and manage the
    DM budget
  • Develop, implement and manage the renewal, retention, and acquisition strategies for one-off and regular givers
  • Plan and execute a multichannel Direct Marketing program
  • Develop, test and implement effective DM tools and techniques
  • Manage campaigns from end to end from conception through to evaluation
  • Review and renew DM processes
  • Manage agency and supplier relationships
  • Data management; ensure that maximum benefit is extracted from donors
Skills & Attributes
  • Demonstrated fundraising success in Direct Marketing
  • Strong ability to project manage
  • Experience in managing a multichannel Direct Marketing program
  • Ability to create a new DM strategy
  • Strong reporting experience on outcomes of DM campaigns
  • Analytical with high data literacy
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
