Beaumont People are currently recruiting an exciting opportunity for an experienced Digital Fundraising Officer.

Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage email marketing and strategies that will raise the level of supporter communication and retention
- Help to grow the fundraising across multiple generations and platforms, supported by industry best practice processes, data analysis, and reporting
- Maintain the back-end management of peer-to-peer platforms and the fundraising section
- Convert digital supporters to donors by working with the marketing team and managers to create content and engage new donors
- Build engagement and rapport on the phone
- Develop and implement Community Fundraising digital campaigns including peer-to-peer fundraising events and activities
- Listen, thank and save regular donors
- Turn feedback from regular donors into actionable improvements
- Coordinating the schedule and content to deliver email appeals and other special appeals as required
- Capture donor information accurately in the database.
- Supporting the wider team where required.
- Experience in a similar position within the sector and knowledge of current fundraising trends and social media platforms.
- Excellent organisational and administration skills
- High level interpersonal and written communication skills
- 1-2 years experience within a digital fundraising position
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Ability to take initiative and work independently within a small team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM database
