Beaumont People are currently seeking a Data Analyst Coordinator to support a busy Charity in the CBD. Temp to perm opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Management of the Supporter Database using all features of the ThankQ applications, and provide assistance to other users.
- Timely delivery of scheduled and ad-hoc Reports the CRM database and various reporting tools.
- Cleaning and data validation checks prior to import.
- Make decisions on data classification and storage and identify gaps
- Collaborate and Coordinate with other teams to improve processes and promote effective strategic programmes.
- Responsible for data import and exports from and to external partners in relation to donation processing, communications, database maintenance and fulfilment.
- Responsible for data quality of imported and exported data.
- Responsible for supporting various internal teams with database reports, database maintenance and programme development.
- Day-to-day decisions related to data cleanliness and integrity of individual Supporter records.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask.
- Be able to work in a team environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships on all levels of the business.
- Minimum of one to two years' experience working with a CRM like Raisers Edge, ThankQ or Salesforce in a fundraising environment.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience working with Microsoft Office, including Excel at Advanced level (Pivot tables/V look ups).
