You will be customer focused and passionate about helping customers to feel satisfied by offering great customer service via phone or email.

The role will include:
  • Answering inbound phone calls from our customers across Australia
  • Responding to customer support emails
  • Meeting and greeting customers as they enter the office
  • Ensuring customers experience the highest level of customer service

Your essential skills and attributes:
  • Proven experience taking inbound calls while providing exceptional customer service 
  • An excellent and outgoing phone manner 
  • Positive personality that is always happy to help
  • Intermediate computer skills using Microsoft Office
  • The desire to learn and be a part of a team
  • A can do attitude with immaculate presentation and great interpersonal skills
  • High level of organisational skills and attention to detail
