Job Description

CUSTOMER SERVICE REP - THAI SPEAKING
  • Based in St Leonards, a short walk from the station
  • 6-month temp role, possibility to extend
  • $27/hour + super
  • Starting on the 31st of August

ABOUT THE ROLE
  • Inbound Customer Service for a financial service provider, speaking both Thai and English
  • Providing exceptional customer service to both new and existing customers
  • Ensuring all notes, information and data are tracked on the system appropriately
  • Participate in developing a great culture within the company
  • On a rotating roster from 8am - 10pm, Monday to Saturday (must be willing to work Saturdays and evenings)

ABOUT YOU
  • Must speak both English and Thai fluently, and be able to hold in depth conversations in both languages
  • Must have full working rights (PR/Citizen)
  • Must have phone based inbound/outbound customer service experience
  • Ideally you have worked in a banking/financial environment (not a must have)
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours, including later in the evening and weekend
  • Must be available for a minimum of 6-months
  • Must be available to interview on the 18th of August
  • Must be available to start on the 31st of August
