CUSTOMER SERVICE REP - THAI SPEAKING
- Based in St Leonards, a short walk from the station
- 6-month temp role, possibility to extend
- $27/hour + super
- Starting on the 21st of September
- Inbound Customer Service for a financial service provider, speaking both Thai and English (must be fluent in both)
- Providing exceptional customer service to both new and existing customers
- Ensuring all notes, information and data are tracked on the system appropriately
- Participate in developing a great culture within the company
- On a rotating roster from 8am - 10pm, Monday to Saturday (must be willing to work Saturdays and evenings)
- Must speak both English and Thai fluently, and be able to hold in depth conversations in both languages
- Must have full working rights (PR/Citizen)
- Must have phone based inbound/outbound customer service experience
- Ideally you have worked in a banking/financial environment (not a must have)
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including later in the evening and weekend
- Must be available for a minimum of 6-months
- Must be available to interview on the 15th of September
- Must be available to start on the 21st of September
