CUSTOMER SERVICE REP
- Based in Rhodes, short walk from the train station
- Permanent, full-time opportunity, starting before Christmas 2020
- $52,500 + super + perks
Working for a stand out Call Centre, who have been growing consistently in the last year. They are seeking motivated and passionate customer service representatives to join their team!
- Inbound Customer Service
- Assisting with automotive clients on behalf of insurance companies and dealerships
- Providing exceptional/high level service every call
- Inputting data onto the system from each call
- 24/7 contact centre, functioning day, night, weekdays and weekends
- Functioning throughout the holiday period
- Exceptional training and development
If you are a motivated individual who is passionate about service this could be the right role for you.
- Must have experience in phone based customer service
- Must have proven experience of working in a high volume call centre
- Must be a serviced focused individual
- Must be available for a 38 hour week in a 24/7 capacity (available days, nights, weekdays and weekends)
- Must be available to work throughout Christmas
- Must be accessible to Rhodes (ideally via public transport as there is little parking)
