The main responsibilities of this role include;
- Receive, resolve, provide solutions and or escalate customer reported product faults
- Promptly attend to a high volume of inbound phone inquiries.
- Register, record customer information relating to all support activities.
- Promote products and service offerings to customers.
- Data analysis and data science
- Customer service or contact centre experience
- Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
- Experience with JAVA Script
- Experience of VBA programming
- Ability to adapt from technical to basic conversations surrounding printer applications
