Customer Service Representative (Temporary) - Brisbane QLD 

  
 
  • Casual, 22 - 37.5 hours per week 
  • Brisbane QLD

Beaumont People are currently seeking Customer Service Representatives who are looking to join a busy Call Centre team environment within a leading customer focused company. 
  
This role will see you providing a high level of customer service to members of the community over the phone. You will be employed on a temporary basis for up to 3 months. The hours on offer will be 22 to 37.5 hours per week (however they will fluctuate depending on the business’ needs). There will be two intakes with employees commencing on 15th and 28th April.  
 
Your responsibilities will include;  
  

  • Taking a high volume of inbound phone calls 
  • Triaging calls by asking the customer various questions 
  • Discussing options and services based on the information provided by the customer 
  • Proactively demonstrating professional customer service skills in a fast-paced environment 
  • Displaying compassion, being empathetic and understanding of the customer’s situation 
  • Consistently meeting individual KPI's. 
  
To be considered for this role you will have; 
  

  • Strong customer service focus and clear communication skills (verbal and written) 
  • The ability to work on a rotating roster Monday to Friday between 8am-8pm 
  • Previous experience to deal with people in an emotive situation  
  • Good interpersonal skills and negotiation skills. 
  • The ability to work within a team towards a common goal 
  • Ability to learn new systems and multitask  
  • Be able to pass a federal government clearance  
  • Previous phone-based customer service experience (highly regarded).
