Job Description

Customer Service Reps - Bilingual Japanese & English 
  • Based in St Leonards (4-minute walk from train station)
  • Ongoing temporary role
  • Starting 19th of February
  • Taking inbound/outbound calls on behalf of a financial institution
  • Working with their Japanese customer base
  • Responding to email communications
  • Providing exceptional customer service in both English and Japanese (must be fluent in both)
  • Ensuring all notes, information and data are tracked on the system appropriately
  • Participate in developing a great culture within the company
  • On a rotating roster 24/7, meaning you need to be available Monday - Sunday, all day
  • Must speak both English and Japanese fluently, and be able to hold in depth conversations in both languages
  • Must be fluent in Kanto and Kansai dialects and must have written skills in Katakana and Kanji in addition to English
  • Must have full working rights (PR/Citizen)
  • Must have phone based inbound/outbound customer service experience
  • Ideally you have worked in a banking/financial environment (not a must have)
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours, including later in the evening and weekend
  • Must be available for a minimum of 3-6 months
  • Must be available to interview at the beginning of February, and start on the 19th of February.
