Job Description
- Based in North Ryde
- Starting on the 20th of July
- Temporary role, for approx 3 months
- $26.93/hour + super
- Inbound customer service for a Government line
- Data input into the system
- Providing exceptional customer service to all calls
- On a rotating roster, Monday - Friday 7:00am-10:00pm, and weekend work too
- Australian citizenship is required
- Training will be held virtually, so must have access to technology for this period of time (work will be onsite)
- Casual role - hours can range, and can be from 20-38 hours a week
- Must be available to start on the 20th of July
- Must be willing to get a police check
- Must be willing to complete cognitive ability and emotional intelligence testing
- Great customer service skills
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal
- Flexibility within hours/shifts
- Must be accessible to North Ryde location
- Must be available for 3-months
- Must be an Australian Citizen
