A specialist veterinary care unit based in North Ryde are looking for an experienced Customer Service Operator/Administrator. This position offers a diverse workload, with progression and growth. Please note that this role will be an initial 6 month contract and is paying $58,000 + super. This role is only open to people with full working rights.
- Managing inbound calls
- Outbound calls as required
- Internal calls and managing call transfers
- Booking appointments
- Assisting with managing schedules of clinical staff through Ezyvet
- Assisting in the connection of customers with the relevant team members
- Liaising with external or third parties (referring vets etc)
- Daly management and upkeep of the ‘Info’ inbox
- Clear, professional and friendly phone manner
- Ability to manage/handle high volume of calls
- Ability to cope under stress/pressure
- Intermediate knowledge of Ezyvet (desirable )
- Experience in a similar phone based role
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to empathise with customers
- Ability to handle difficult calls and escalate down the right channels.
