- Customer Service / Sales Adviser
- North Shore location - close to a train station
- Immediate start - 3 month temporary opportunity
This client is looking for someone who is consultative in their approach and will enjoy speaking to students over the phone about prospective courses that they can study with their organisation.
The Role:
- Contacting prospective students from various warm leads that come through either the website, advertising, events etc
- Ensuring student abilities and needs are appropriately matched to course expectations and career outcomes
- Convert the lead into a sale
- Will have prior experience working in a phone based customer service role and also have previous experience up selling and cross selling
- Must have had experience working to KPI's
- Previous experience of using sales force (desirable)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to work with a diverse range of people and develop trust and rapport with them
- Must be accessible to a North Shore location
