Customer Service Representatives
  • 3-month temporary roles
  • Starting in the 3rd week of January
  • Short walk from Green Square Station
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a customer service representative, you will be assisting all customer queries for online orders associated with the brand.
  • Inbound/outbound customer service
  • Email based customer service
  • Resolving questions and queries around orders
  • Working with exceptional service, politeness and eagerness to resolve any questions
  • Accurately inputting all information onto the database
  • Being timely and efficient in providing assistance
ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about customer service.
  • Must have phone based customer service experience, ideally call centre
  • Must have exceptional customer service skills and the desire to assist those in need
  • Must be available to start next week
  • Must be available for the 3-month duration, potentially longer
  • The right candidate will be passionate about service and motivated by results
  • Must be polite, well spoken, and a good communicator both written and verbal
