Customer Service Representatives
- 3-month temporary roles
- Starting in the 3rd week of January
- Short walk from Green Square Station
As a customer service representative, you will be assisting all customer queries for online orders associated with the brand.
- Inbound/outbound customer service
- Email based customer service
- Resolving questions and queries around orders
- Working with exceptional service, politeness and eagerness to resolve any questions
- Accurately inputting all information onto the database
- Being timely and efficient in providing assistance
The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about customer service.
- Must have phone based customer service experience, ideally call centre
- Must have exceptional customer service skills and the desire to assist those in need
- Must be available to start next week
- Must be available for the 3-month duration, potentially longer
- The right candidate will be passionate about service and motivated by results
- Must be polite, well spoken, and a good communicator both written and verbal
