Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will take a leadership role in developing and driving integrated marketing campaigns and strategies that support business outcomes. Key to this role will be your ability to draw commercial insights, market trends and competitor research from data analytics, collaborate with PR and media agencies, build and coordinate social media, website and targeted marketing via multi-channel marketing programs and initiatives. You will drive content creation and build deep relationships with business leaders to better understand the depth and breadth of product, business and consumer impacts.
To achieve success in this role it is important that you have a background working in some similar industries with similar levers. A background in FMCG, consumer goods, healthcare, medical devices, biotech, or pharma will all lend themselves to an ability to understand and make a meaningful impact in this role. Your experience working in consumer led marketing environments, understanding the drivers and motivators of your customers to drive product, technology and market innovation.
