Due to increased growth and activity the team is expanding and now require an experienced Company Secretarial Assistant to join their team.
About the role:
- You will be supporting the Company Secretaries with all administration duties to deliver the best service outcomes for clients
- Responsible to maintain high service outcomes to achieve and exceed service delivery standards
- Provide corporate secretarial services in conjunction with the relationship management of your own small portfolio of clients
- Provide ASIC support and meeting management support to the team, while striving to build knowledge of governance and compliance requirements of unlisted and listed companies

Your skills & experience
- Excellent understanding of ASIC compliance, financial reporting obligations and corporate governance compliance
- Previous experience in a similar
- Excellent attention to detail
- First Class customer service and relationship management skills
- Ability to work in a team and independently, must be able to work effectively under pressure
- Strong Verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organisational skills (must be able to prioritise task deadlines)
