This position sits in their examiner division, and reports directly to the Claims Operational Manager.
This role is varied and responsibilities will include:
- interacting with their customers, clients, trades and internal staff to build strong relationships and provide administrative support in relation to insurance claims
- examining policies and entering details
- coordinating with internal staff and external contractors
- data entry - updating file notes, using internal systems, and general administrative duties.
- have exposure to the world of insurance
- have knowledge of policy
- be energetic and have a positive attitude
- have exceptional attention to detail, great organisation skills and strong time management skills
- have excellent written and verbal communication skills
