Business Development and Fundraising

We are currently recruiting several Business Development and Fundraising roles within a variety of sectors including Education. These positions are within high performing teams that are dedicated to securing new business in several ways.

The positions would suit a candidate who is commercially driven and is looking to transition into the Education or NFP sectors. These roles are working within amazing companies going through large periods of growth. The roles offer huge potential to grow and develop the right candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the new business strategy
  • Develop a business development pipeline of prospects and create engaging pitches to secure stakeholders
  • Create and lead a team responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities over the several income streams
  • Collaborate with the Executive team to develop high value multiyear opportunities
  • Provide new and strategic ideas for developing new business and funding
  • Set ambitious targets and revenue goals, track budgets and communicate progress with relevant stakeholders
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to develop marketing and communication strategies to engage with key influences
Skills & Attributes
  • Proven success in an income generating new business development role
  • Experience developing and implementing a successful new business strategy, with a track record of meeting and exceeding ambitious financial targets
  • Motivated, passionate and willing to try new ways of working
  • Previous experience managing new business pipelines and new business processes
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral, with experience pitching and presenting to key stakeholders
  • Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence executive level stakeholders and board members
  • Sound project and budget management skills
  • Passion for business development, sales or fundraising
