  • Full-time permanent position
  • Based in the Sydney CBD
  • $50,000 + super + commission, OTE $85,000 - 90,000 + super (uncapped)
This role is working with a well-know tech company that connects customers with business across a range of categories. This role will work to connect local experts with customers in their locations in an easy and function online forum. This role will work to sell the "free trial" option of this forum.
  • Outbound phone based sales, speaking with prospective clients and businesses to represent the company
  • Account managing business who are on the free trial, with the aim to convert them into a paying client
  • Converting clients into sales through a smooth sales process
  • Manage a database of leads
  • Provide exceptional service to prospect and current clients whilst building rapport, negotiating and closing deals
  • Achieve daily, weekly and monthly KPIs around talk time, revenue and pipeline
  • Ensure a strong, structured and update database 
  • Maximize sales process to ensure a smooth onboarding of new clients
This role is best suited to someone who is sales focused, motivated, passionate and driven. The ideal candidate will enjoy sales whilst develop strong relationships and engaging with both their internal and external stakeholders.
  • You must have phone based sales experience, ideally outbound (lead gen, cold calling, outbound, telesales, etc.)
  • Must have experience closing sales and a proficient knowledge of the sales process
  • Ideally this person will be degree qualified (Bachelors)
  • Must have an understanding of lead generation, market strategies and an understanding of small business
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders
  • Experience with a CRM is preferable (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.)
  • Proven ability to convert leads and the sales process
  • Strong listening skills, negotiation abilities and ability to convey and persuade the company message online
  • Must be a team player, wants to be involved in a team and is engaging
  • Personality is key, this individual must want to develop strong relationships with their team
