Job Description

Beaumont People are currently seeking a Business Analyst to support a Charity based in Gladesville, parking onsite, immediate start

Key responsibilities include:
  • Provide strategic advice, developing gap analysis documents and business analyst functions
  • Maintaining, developing and providing customer support and training for the CRM development of dashboard for organisational performance and key performance indicators
  • Develop use cases, requirements specifications, proposals, feasibility statements, gap analysis documents, financial forecasts, briefs, plans and other deliverables of the business analysis discipline.
  • Define and assess business needs in the context of the desired operational and strategic business outcomes, and internal/external constraints.
  • Facilitate workshops, elicit and document requirements for system and non-IT based solutions with business and technology stakeholders.
  • Conduct impact analysis to determine impact of stakeholder requirements on business architecture, systems and technology.
  • Schedule, prepare and deliver training to new users and provide refresher training as required to users with varying levels of computer literacy.
About you:
  • Demonstrated experience in business modelling, requirements elicitation, data modelling and legacy system analysis.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of training delivery methodology and adult learning principles
  • Demonstrated ability to apply effective interpersonal skills to facilitate teamwork and foster the cooperation of others using tact, discretion, impartiality and a commitment to excellence in the provision of services.
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, and demonstrated ability to prepare written reports, document work processes and present information to, and facilitate outcomes, with groups of people.
  • Ability to analyse, troubleshoot and solve complex problems through investigation, research and consultation and to pay attention to detail and achieve accuracy.
  • Proven ability to design training courses, materials and tools for a range of user groups.
  • Experience working with Salesforce database.
