Job Description
This position will start on a temporary basis with the view to moving into a permanent role for the right person.
Your primary duties will include:
- Providing support to the accounts and claims teams
- Processing reconciliations and payments, ensuring effective, accurate, compliant and timely outcomes for their clients
- Processing claims
- Acting as the first point of contact for account enquiries
- Processing payroll
- Various other tasks as required
To be successful in this role, you will possess the following:
- A relevant qualification in accounts, bookkeeping or similar
- Previous experience in a bookkeeping and/or accounts position
- IT savvy with the ability to work across multiple systems and databases
- Previous experience using Xero
- Excellent communication skills
