Job Description

Beaumont People are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support a C-Suite client for a 2-3 month temporary assignment. Based in North Sydney, $40/hr + super.

Beaumont is also seeking business support candidates for various short and long term assignments throughout Sydney.

EA responsibilities include, but are not limited to;
  • Diary management, travel and board/committee paper preparation
  • Minute taking, managing budgets, office support
  • General adhoc duties
Other positions immediately available:
  • HR Administration - Gladesville - 2 months
  • Donor Administrators - required throughout Sydney 
  • Senior Administrator/Receptionist - Inner West - 2/3 months
Key requirements for these roles: 
  • Previous administrative, customer service experience
  • Advanced to Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Suite
  • High attention to detail 
  • Professional presentation
  • Ability to problem-solve and multi task
