Beaumont People are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator ready to move into an Office Manager/EA role for a prestigious company based in the Sydney CBD.

This is the Perfect opportunity for an experienced Administrator seeking the next step up in their career!

Permanent Position
Above Market Salaries on offer, totally negotiable depending on experience
Full time hours Mon-Friday 8.30am-5.00pm with flexibility
  
Duties and Responsibilities will include:
  • Providing EA support to the CEO including Diary, Email and Travel Management.
  • Manage, support and train up the administration team ensuring workload is allocated effectively.
  • Manage all internal communications and events including staff engagement and team building activities.
  • Finance administration including payroll, processing invoices, expenses and credit card reconciliation.
  • Compliance and Insurance administration, ensuring all policies are kept up to date.
  • Facilitating senior management meetings
  • Other ad hoc duties as requested.
