Exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join a prestigious company based in the Sydney CBD.
Temporary to Permanent Job Opportunity 
Salary $60K + Super
Monday-Friday full time hours

Key Responsibilities of the Role
  • Manage the mailbox, including the scanning of incoming mail and the distribution of mail to the appropriate channels
  • Manage the kitchen inventory, monitor stock levels regularly and ensure an effective order process system is in place to replenish supplies
  • Coordinate the companies document disposal service, including ensuring the office is fully equipped with the necessary printing and document destruction equipment in order to ensure privacy and confidentiality measures are maintained
  • Coordinate office stationery supplies through the implementation of regular stock takes
  • Liaise with Australia Post and TNT Express to ensure that the provision of postage services meets the companies needs. Conduct the reconciliation of postage receipts for Accounts Payable
  • Coordinate the companies visitor register; this includes providing a first point of contact for visitors to the office, overseeing their sign-in process and escorting them to the most appropriate team member. Identify and report any discrepancies in visitor records to the Office Manager
  • Assist in the organisation of team meetings and other office events, including dealing directly with external suppliers such as catering
  • Support the Office Manager in the coordination of the maintenance register to ensure that facilities are of high quality, managing contractors accordingly
Essential requirements
  • Strong General Administrative experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills to enable the employee to manage an array of tasks in a timely manner
  • Demonstrated sound communication skills including an ability to communicate professionally and courteously with a range of stakeholder
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions to achieve shared goals
  • Ability to demonstrate of integrity, accountability and professionalism in all personal conduct and dealings with staff, peers, leaders and external stakeholders
  • Due to securing vetting requirements, applicants must be Australian citizens
