Job Description

A Not-for-Profit based in Lightsview, Adelaide are looking for temporary support from September 26th to October 4th in reception and general office management. Full time, paying $28.37/hr + super.

Role:  
  • Based on reception and they will be responsible for:
  • Be available to answer general enquires via phone – (a list of common enquires and who to speak to will be provided)
  • Available to residents,  contractors and  members of the public for enquiries
  • Daily Mail distribution / Post Office run if needed
  • General support to team (predominately Access and Navigation and Fundraising Team)
Experience:
  • Experience providing general office administration in a busy team environment
  • Experience in Salesforce
  • Demonstrated experience in providing a high level of administration support to multiple leaders
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Very good understanding of Microsoft Office e.g. Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • High energy, enthusiastic, organised and the ability to manage multiple task
