In this role you will:
- Support a team of 30 with general administration duties
- Maintain the document management system
- Assist with the design of presentations
- Maintain purchase orders and invoices
- Coordinating functions and business meetings
- Have previous experience in Administration
- Have great attention to detail
- Be intermediate to advanced in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Have strong organisational skills
