Job Description

  • Based in the Inner West, close to public transport links
  • Term time only, plus two additional weeks
  • Flexible working hours, with the potential to work 4 days per week
ABOUT THE ROLE

This administration role will sit within the Senior School campus, providing administration and data entry support in all aspects under the area of curriculum management.
Key responsibilities of this role include;
  • Providing articulate administration and data entry support to curriculum management, for example; student reports twice per year, curriculum handbooks, and assessment entries both internally and externally
  • Maintain academic profiles of both students and staff within the school
  • Dispatch examination papers to the accurate locations, and further distribute completed examinations to appropriate external locations
  • Generate and distribute the Senior School assessment calendar
  • Contribute to updating subject selection handbooks, assessment guidelines and curriculum handbooks yearly
  • Manage the diary of Head of Learning and Teaching, organise meetings across the senior school, attend meetings, take minutes throughout and distribute notes after meetings
  • Manage conflicting priorities with extensive pre organisation from the academic calendar to ensure all tasks are completed in an accurate and timely manner
ABOUT YOU

The ideal candidate is someone who is thorough with data entry and enjoys working on administrative tasks within an education setting.
Key attributes and experience include;
  • Proven experience within administration and data entry. With experience meeting tight deadlines with articulate work
  • High attention to detail with great written and verbal communication
  • Intermediate to advanced on Microsoft Excel, desirable if the candidate is experience with V-Look ups and Pivot Tables
  • Intermediate to advanced in the Microsoft Suite and Outlook, preferable if the candidate has experience working on a MAC computer
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage conflicting tasks
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships and work confidently with individuals of all levels across the school
  • Ability to successfully work autonomously, while also consulting as necessary and contributing to the team environment
  • Has a passion for data entry, correlation and administration
