Job Description

Beaumont People are proud to be partnering with a small local organisation in Byron Bay who are looking for a new addition to their stable team.
As the Administration Assistant, you will ensure the smooth running of the office with duties including but not limited to the following:
  • Entering and updating client and customer details in the database
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Payment of invoices
  • Reconciliation of accounts
  • Processing a small payroll
  • Keeping on top of office supplies and ordering more stock when required
  • Assisting with various projects
  • Adhoc administrative tasks
You must be available to work two full days per week (flexible hours) with the ability to increase hours and days of work as the business grows.
To be successful for this role you will possess the following:
  • Previous experience working in an administrative based role, supporting a team
  • Experience in reconciling multiple accounts
  • Previous experience processing payroll
  • Experience with Xero is preferred
  • ‘Can do’ and proactive attitude
  • Ability to prioritise tasks
  • Strong customer service skills
