Job Description

Beaumont People are currently looking for an experienced Administrator to commence immediately in Muswellbrook. We have partnered with a government organisation who provide a variety of family support services.

Responsibilities may include:
  • Administrative management of the site and office equipment 
  • Reception, switchboard and referral services for clients
  • Administrative support to Casework Teams, and
  • Support to the Manager Client Services, Casework Specialists, Psychologists, Legal Officers and Court Liaison Officers
Essential Criteria:
  • Demonstrated experience in an office support role
  • Previous experience working in the government or community service sectors
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly organised
  • Minimum typing speed of 35 wpm
  • Strong computer skills including MS Office programs
