Beaumont People are currently looking for an experienced Administrator to commence immediately in Armidale. We have partnered with a government organisation who provide a variety of family support services.
Responsibilities may include:
- Administrative management of the site and office equipment
- Reception, switchboard and referral services for clients
- Administrative support to Casework Teams, and
- Support to the Manager Client Services, Casework Specialists, Psychologists, Legal Officers and Court Liaison Officers
Essential Criteria:
- Demonstrated experience in an office support role
- Previous experience working in the government or community service sectors
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organised
- Minimum typing speed of 35 wpm
- Strong computer skills including MS Office programs
