Job Description

An excellent opportunity for someone to develop a career within insurance or to expand on the experience you already have has just become available!  This well established business based in North Sydney are looking for a brokerage assistant to join a friendly, well established and hard working team to assist with all Administration duties.  This role is a permanent full time position paying $55K + Super.

You will be required to:
  • Provide adhoc quotes
  • Assist on the renewal process of smaller accounts from start to finish
  • Invoice monthly declarations 
  • Liaise between the insurer and the clients providing information as requested
  • Follow up of declarations in a timely manner
  • Follow up on insurers policy schedules, policy wording and certificate of currencies
  • Ensure that client documentation is dispatched promptly and without errors
  • Arranging functions and conferences
  • Liaising with Accountants, Auditors and Banks
  • Answering the companies main telephone line
