Job Description

Are you a strong Administration Assistant looking for a new opportunity?  Our client based in Melbourne CBD is seeking a Company Secretary Assistant for a temp to perm opportunity.

You will be supporting the Company Secretaries with all administration duties to deliver the best service outcomes for their clients.  This is a great opportunity to join a supportive team and get exposure to various businesses.  

Must have:
- Good organisational skills (must be able to prioritise task deadlines)
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Knowledge of ASIC ideal
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong Administration skills
- Able to start immediately
