- Full-time 4-week temporary assignment
- $28.87 p/h + Super
- Based in Macquarie Park, closed to public transport links
- Starting Monday, 1st February 2021
Are you an Accounts Receivable individual who is interested in working with a higher education provider? This is an excellent opportunity for an immediately available Accounts Receivable person to support a thriving business and keep cash flow coming in during this time.
Responsibilities and duties;
- Prepare and process student invoices and statements
- Maintain and update student financial information in the database
- Assisting with all account’s inquiries regarding invoice or statement
- Liaison with internal staff to resolve unpaid invoices
- Perform all necessary accounts reconciliations
- Weekly AR report ad credit control
- Perform bank reconciliation on company accounts
- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Finance
- Experience within an Accounts receivable role
- Exhibit a professional and positive attitude towards all stakeholders
- Experience with MYOB accounting system is desirable
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft word and excel
