We are seeking a Supporter Care Coordinator to join a fast-paced, purpose-driven team on a short-term contract.
In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for supporters and donors , delivering exceptional customer service while supporting fundraising campaigns and donation processing. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong customer service or call centre experience who enjoys meaningful, people-focused work.

- Manage inbound enquiries via phone, email, and web
- Provide high-quality customer service to supporters, donors, and the public
- Process donations accurately and issue receipts
- Support fundraising campaigns across phone, mail, and digital channels
- Conduct outbound calls (e.g. thank you calls, follow-ups, payment updates)
- Maintain accurate records and update CRM/database systems
- Assist with reconciliation and transaction processing
- Build strong relationships with supporters and stakeholders
- Contribute to improving supporter care processes
- Support occasional campaign activity outside standard hours (if required)
You’re a confident and approachable customer service professional who enjoys helping people and working in a high-volume environment.
You will bring:
- 2+ years’ experience in customer service, call centre, retail, or hospitality
- Excellent communication skills and a strong phone manner
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy environment
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- A proactive, positive, and team-oriented mindset
- Experience in not-for-profit, fundraising, or donations processing
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Raiser's Edge or similar)
