Rebecca Robinson, General Manager Northern Rivers - Facilitator
Rebecca joined Beaumont People in January 2011 as part of the Business Services team. Later that year she followed her heart to the Not-for-Profit team where she was part of a small group of consultants who immersed themselves in the charity sector, launching our extremely successful Charities Team.
In October 2017, Rebecca moved to the Northern Rivers to join our Byron Bay branch. Here, Rebecca works closely with local commercial businesses in the region, across the Gold Coast & Brisbane to find quality permanent talent. She has also continued to support charitable organisations with their recruitment. In January 2019 Rebecca became the Branch Manager leading a small team of temporary & permanent consultants.
Rosheen joined Beaumont People in 2017, bringing with her over 7 years of experience in recruitment. Having graduated from Leeds Metropolitan University, Rosheen went straight into recruitment and found her passion for Fundraising Recruitment in 2012. Specialising in this area for the past 10 years, Rosheen recruits Fundraisers at all levels and across all income streams within the charity sector including Corporate Partnerships, Major Gifts, Direct Marketing and Community.
Annabelle joined Beaumont People in January 2018, making the move from Event Management to Recruitment as a Recruitment Coordinator for the expanding Associations & Memberships team. She has since been promoted to Recruitment Consultant within the Charities team, where she deals with high volume and short reactive recruitment across all business service positions.
Diana Linde, Recruitment Consultant - Panellist
Moving from Alberta, Canada, Diana has spent her past few years working in hospitality management and was looking for a new challenge when she made the move to recruitment. Her fun, positive and hardworking attitude make her a perfect fit for the Beaumont team.
Emily Hadzipasic, Recruitment Consultant - Panellist
Emily joined the Education team at Beaumont People in August 2018, taking the first step into the corporate world after studying a Bachelor of Business Finance and Marketing. She has since been promoted to Recruitment Consultant within the Contact Centre and Sales team, where she deals with high volume, temporary recruitment across Call Centres, nationwide.
