As the General Manager of Not-for-Profit Recruitment, Kate currently manages two established teams who recruit for Charitable and Associations & Membership organisations. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the NFP sector and can easily pinpoint the benefits to her clients, thus forming a partnership with Beaumont People for all of their recruitment needs. She is often used as a sounding board and this respect and expertise has helped her to forge long-lasting relationships with candidates and clients over the years.
Louise Roper, Senior Consultant and Career Coach - Panellist
Louise joined Beaumont People in late 2016 after making the move from the UK to Australia. She has over 15 years of industry experience recruiting for Business Service positions and Senior Level roles both temporary and permanent. She is also a Career & Transition Coach for individuals and businesses who wish to take a new direction, assisting people to identify their strengths and take a proactive approach.
Annabelle joined Beaumont People in January 2018, making the move from Event Management to Recruitment as a Recruitment Coordinator for the expanding Associations & Memberships team. She has since been promoted to Recruitment Consultant within the Charities team, where she deals with high volume and short reactive recruitment across all business service positions.

Lauren works in our Northern Rivers office where she specialises in the placement of temporary staff across the Northern Rivers, Tweed and Gold Coast. Lauren comes with 10 years of experience in recruitment and works with clients across a range of industries. She has a keen interest in providing temporary administrative resources for local organisations and partners with businesses to assist with immediate and short term coverage. In addition to office support roles, Lauren has been successful in providing temporary Food and Beverage resources for local venues within the hospitality industry.
