Meet Brad Swebeck
Brad joined HWL Ebsworth Lawyers in 2014. Brad has more than 30 years' experience in labour law, human resources consulting, industrial relations and workplace strategy. In 1994 Brad became a partner with Arthur Andersen (as it was then known), the global consulting, accounting and law firm and established the Sydney industrial relations practice of Andersen Legal which advised both domestic and international clients. He was also responsible for integrating the Sydney team's expertise into the wider Andersen client network to provide labour law advice and HR solutions as a partner with Andersen's Human Capital Services.
He advocates for clients before the NSW Industrial Relations Commission, Fair Work Commission and Federal Court. Brad has been invited to speak at HR and Legal Forums on a range of topics for NSW Health (Risk managers), Thomson Reuters, Law Sense, Aventedge and HR Daily.
Meet Stephanie Lambros
Stephanie is a Solicitor in HWL Ebsworth Lawyers' Workplace Relations and Safety Team. She graduated from Macquarie University in 2018 and was admitted as a lawyer to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in February 2020. Stephanie commenced her legal career with HWL Ebsworth Lawyers as a Graduate Lawyer and has been working in employment and industrial law since 2019. Her experience includes advising and assisting with the representation of employers in the Fair Work Commission, as well as litigation in the Supreme and Federal Courts.
