About Leisa Hart
Leisa Hart has more than 14 years of senior leadership experience in both the corporate and NGO sectors. Prior to joining DSA as CEO in February 2019, Leisa was the Chief Executive Officer of YMCA NSW where she led a team of 2,400 people responsible for the wellbeing of more than four million Australians annually. Previous roles include Director of Operations at Max Employment and Chief Operating Officer for Mission Australia as well as senior roles in the IT Services field. Leisa places a great deal of importance in values alignment with the intent of her professional work.
About Marg Lennon
Marg Lennon is an experienced Board Director, including past Chair roles, past member Risk Audit and Finance committees and People, Culture and Nominations committees for YMCA NSW, YMCA Australia and Aftercare. She has a strong Human Resources background in the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device industries, having spent many years in various Australian, Asia Pacific and Global roles. More recently her focus has been as an executive coach and mentor using positive psychology and solution focused approaches.
